Antique Howdah: Elephant Saddle Chair

Bon Vivant Co.

It's not just a seat, it's a genuine, antique howdah! A howdah is a carriage that is positioned onto the back of an elephant or camel. Long ago, before man had machines, people in India rode elephants that were trained in combat during times of war. Since that's not the case during our modern in age, this is now a rememberable chair. It's deep enough to sit cross-legged and use as a meditation bench, and it's genuine teak wood, so it can be used inside or outside. In excellent condition.
